The introduction of persuasive essays and situational writings in many standardized tests conveys an important message - good writing skill is crucial to academic success. This is not surprising given that a successful professional career depends on proficient written communication skills.

Despite everyone learns to write in schools, not every child receives individualized help he/she needs due to class size and time constraints. The schools cannot possibly offer such training for obvious reasons. A wise proactive move parents should take is to start having the students practice early with the right tool.
